By applying to our college you are agreeing the following terms and conditions.

DECLARATION : I hereby declare that the details furnished above in the Application Form for Admission are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. In case any of the above information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, I am aware that I will be held liable for it and my application for admission may get canceled and the amount that I have submitted as fees will not be refunded.

I also hereby declare and confirm that I have read & understood each and every TERMS AND CONDITIONS given in the PROSPECTUS and INSTRUCTION before filling out the registration and application. If I fail to follow it then the college administration may take appropriate action and I shall abide by the action taken by the college administration.

घोषणा मैं यह सुनिश्चित करता/करती हूं कि उक्त प्रवेश हेतु आवेदन पत्र में मेरे द्वारा प्रदान की गई समस्त जानकारियां एवं प्रविष्ठियां सही वह सत्य हैं| यदि आवेदन पत्र में मेरे द्वारा प्रदान की गई कोई भी जानकारी गलत या त्रुटिपूर्ण अथवा भ्रामक पाई जाती है तो इसके लिए पूर्णतयः मैं उत्तरदायी ठहराया जाऊंगा/जाऊंगी तथा मेरा आवेदन पत्र निरस्त भी किया जा सकता है तथा जो राशि मेरे द्वारा शुल्क के रूप में जमा की गई है वह भी वापस नहीं की जाएगी|

मैं यह भी घोषणा और पुष्टि करता हूं कि मैंने पंजीकरण और आवेदन भरने से पहले प्रॉस्पेक्टस और निर्देश में दिए गए प्रत्येक नियम और शर्तों को पढ़ और समझ लिया है। यदि मैं इसका पालन करने में विफल रहता हूं तो कॉलेज प्रशासन उचित कार्रवाई कर सकता है और मैं कॉलेज प्रशासन द्वारा की गई कार्रवाई का पालन करूंगा।
